LANDING PAGE DESIGN AND DEVELOPMENT SERVICE AGREEMENT

1. Description and Scope of Service
The Service Provider will design and publish one mobile-responsive landing page for the Client, adhering to modern design principles. The page will consist of the following sections:

The page will be built using HTML/CSS, and the form will be configured to send submissions to the email address specified by the Client.
2. Delivery Time and Approval
After all materials (texts, logo, images, domain/hosting information) are provided by the Client, the page will be ready for test launch within ………. business days. After the test launch, the Client will review and approve the page within …………. days. If written approval is not provided within this period, the page will be considered delivered.

4. Revisions

5. Additional Requests
This agreement covers the design of one landing page only. Additional pages, new content edits, or special integrations (CRM, tracking codes, etc.) are subject to additional fees. A new proposal will be prepared for each additional service requested.
6. Responsibilities of the Parties
Client:
• Responsible for providing all necessary content, images, and information.
• Delays caused by late delivery of materials cannot be held against the Service Provider.
Service Provider:
• Obligated to complete the work within the agreed timeframe.
• Responsible for delivering a fully functional and compatible page.
7. Publishing and Access Delivery
The page will be published on the specified domain. After publication, FTP and/or control panel access credentials will be provided to the Client.
8. Intellectual Property Rights
All usage rights of the page will be transferred to the Client upon full payment of the project fee. The Service Provider reserves the right to use the work as a reference and portfolio on their own platforms.
9. Post-Delivery Technical Support
Technical issues reported within […] days after delivery (form malfunction, image distortion, etc.) will be fixed free of charge. Updates or support requests beyond this period will be charged separately.
10. Termination Conditions
• If the Client terminates the agreement after the project has started, the upfront payment is non-refundable.
• If the Service Provider fails to complete or deliver the project on time, all received payments will be refunded to the Client.
11. Confidentiality
Both parties commit to keeping commercial secrets and data confidential during the project and not sharing them with third parties.
12. Force Majeure
Natural disasters, war, internet outages, pandemics, and other events beyond the control of the parties will be considered force majeure and may extend the project timeline.
